Prior to undertaking a review of an application for a conditional use permit, the Township may require a mandatory presubmission conference to be attended by the applicant, its designees or agents, the Township Zoning Officer and, at the option of the Board of Supervisors, itself, the Township Engineer or any other Township representative or employee.
